FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — September 19, 2026 — Hill of Justice is issuing the following statement regarding the recent arrest of Juming Delmas, who previously worked with the program as a producer.
According to published reports and court records cited by WCTV, Delmas was arrested by the Leon County Sheriff’s Office and is facing multiple felony charges involving allegations of abuse and neglect of a child. These allegations are deeply disturbing.
Because Delmas previously had a professional association with Hill of Justice, we believe it is important to address that relationship directly.
Delmas has not been affiliated with Hill of Justice for some time.
His relationship with the program was terminated by host Jerome Hill after serious concerns were brought to Hill’s attention involving allegations of fraudulent conduct, abusive behavior toward a coworker, and troubling dealings involving outside business entities.
Those concerns were taken seriously.
Hill confronted Delmas regarding the allegations and circumstances that had been reported to him. Following that confrontation and an assessment of the situation, Hill made the decision that Delmas could no longer remain associated with Hill of Justice.
The professional relationship was terminated, and Hill of Justice subsequently distanced itself from Delmas and his activities.
Jerome Hill, host of Hill of Justice, issued the following statement:
“When information came to my attention concerning Juming Delmas’ conduct, I confronted the situation directly. What I learned raised serious concerns about whether his conduct was consistent with the standards and values of Hill of Justice. I made the decision to terminate our professional relationship and distance the program from him.
The allegations now being reported out of Leon County are extremely serious and disturbing. We extend our concern to the young person involved and to everyone affected by this case.
Our previous decision to separate from Mr. Delmas was based upon the circumstances known to us at that time. We are not suggesting that those earlier matters were connected to the criminal allegations he now faces. That determination belongs to law enforcement, prosecutors and ultimately the courts.
Hill of Justice examines accountability for a living. Those standards cannot apply only to the people we cover. They have to apply to the people associated with us as well.
Hill of Justice has no current business, employment, production, financial or organizational relationship with Juming Delmas.
The program was not involved in the activities underlying the current criminal investigation and has no firsthand knowledge regarding the allegations contained in that case beyond information that has been made public by law enforcement, court proceedings and news organizations.
Hill of Justice respects the investigative and judicial process. The charges against Delmas remain allegations, and he is entitled to the presumption of innocence unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
At the same time, allegations involving the abuse of a child warrant serious attention, a thorough investigation and an appropriate response from the justice system.
Hill of Justice will continue its mission of examining evidence, accountability, law enforcement practices and the justice system without regard to a person’s position, relationship or previous affiliation with the program.”

Hill of Justice strongly encourages anyone who has firsthand information concerning additional suspected criminal conduct, abuse, neglect, fraud, or other unlawful activity involving Juming Delmas to report that information directly to the appropriate authorities. Individuals should provide factual information, documents, photographs, messages, financial records, or other evidence they may possess rather than attempting to investigate the matter themselves.

Anyone who knows or suspects that a child has been abused, neglected, or abandoned should contact the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-962-2873 (1-800-96-ABUSE). The Florida Department of Children and Families accepts abuse reports 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a child is in immediate danger, DCF instructs the public to call 911 first and then contact the Abuse Hotline.
Information may also be provided to the Florida Department of Children and Families, particularly where the information concerns the safety or welfare of a child or vulnerable person.
Hill of Justice urges anyone with relevant information to preserve any potential evidence and provide it directly to law enforcement or child-protection authorities so it can be properly evaluated as part of an official investigation.
